Dear Manzanita Parents,
It is that time of year! Parent Club is once again spearheading the Sundial Riffle Raffle fundraiser (formerly Ducky Derby) for Manzanita School. Money raised returns to Manzanita. We use it for classroom requests, field trips, and events including the ice cream social, skate night, family dance, etc. This is a primary source of Parent Club funding for the year. Your support is appreciated!
Envelopes will be sent home with your students as early as today. You will find an envelope, instructions, and a sales form. We are reusing these envelopes for multiple events, so please disregard any markings on the envelope.
-PLEASE PUT YOUR CHILD’S NAME AND TEACHER ON THE SALES FORM
- You will collect information for each salmon sold. It is important to fill out all the information per sale for each buyer. This information is placed on their tickets and make it easier for them to be contacted if they are drawn for a prize, or when you return their ticket.
-Envelopes received can be dropped in the Parent Club lock box located in the front office or returned to your child’s teacher.
- Each Friday, Parent Club representatives will collect the envelopes returned by students and issue tickets AS SOON AS THEY CAN BE PROCESSED. Tickets will be returned to your child in the same envelope from their teacher. Tickets can then be returned to the buyers

Important Dates!
1. Completed ticket sales form and money collected each Friday through October 13th in order to be eligible for student raffle prizes.
2. Final date to submit forms and money to Parent Club for tickets is Monday, October 16th. NOTE: THERE IS A WRONG DATE OF THE 20th ON THE ORDER SHEET THAT WENT HOME. Riffle Raffle drawing event takes place Sunday, October 22nd at the Sundial Bridge

There are three grand prizes for the top three top selling students. These are displayed in the library for students to see.

- Everything Thing But Ice Cream Basket
- Games Night Basket
Also the top selling class will have an ice cream sundae party!
